This is a general note to the site related to board action in 2008.
1. We had 4 meetings and minutes were posted.
2. Two websites were created - http://catalinaoaks.blogspot.com and http://catalinaoaksdeedrestrictions.blogspot.com/
3. The challenge of the year relates to homeownwers adding decks, patios, and other types of swale encroachments. There is a 25' easement around the property, which is for water run off and perculation.
